Dear Lord, thank you for the Scriptures that testify about you. Help me to search them with a heart that seeks eternal life in you. May I not just read them for knowledge, but may they lead me to a deeper understanding of who you are and how I can follow you. May the words of the Scriptures guide me in my daily life and draw me closer to you. Amen.
