Dear Lord Jesus, thank you for finding me in the midst of my struggles and healing me. Help me to remember your words to sin no more, so that I may avoid any further harm or suffering. Give me the strength and wisdom to resist temptation and live a life that honors you. May I always seek your guidance and follow your will. Amen.

John 5:14

This is a Command. The command is to “sin no more” in order to avoid worse consequences.
