Prayer based on John 17:1. Themes: Glorification, Father-Son Relationship.

Dear Heavenly Father,

As I come before you today, I am reminded of the promise that Jesus spoke when he lifted his eyes to heaven. He said that the time had come for you to glorify your Son, so that your Son may also glorify you.

Father, I claim this promise for myself today. I ask that you would glorify me in the same way that you glorified your Son. May my life be a reflection of your goodness and grace, and may everything I do bring honor and glory to your name.

I know that I cannot do this on my own, but I trust in your power and your love to work in me and through me. Help me to live a life that is pleasing to you, and may everything I do be a testimony to your greatness.

Thank you for the promise that you have given us through your Son, and I pray that you would continue to work in my life and in the lives of those around me. May your name be glorified in all the earth.

This is a Promise. The promise is that if God glorifies Jesus, then Jesus will also glorify God.
