Dear Lord, I thank you for always listening to me and for being faithful to your promises. I claim the promise that you will always hear my prayers and petitions. Just as Jesus spoke to you in front of the multitude, I pray that my words and actions may also testify to your love and power. Help me to trust in your plan and to have faith that you have sent me on a purposeful journey. May my life be a testimony to your goodness and may others come to believe in you through my witness. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.

John 11:42

This is a Promise. The verse is a statement made by Jesus to God, acknowledging that God always listens to him and that Jesus is speaking for the benefit of those around him so that they may believe that God sent him.
