Praying from Hebrews 2:9 relating to Suffering, Glory, Grace
Dear God, I come before you today claiming the promise that you have given us through your son Jesus Christ. I thank you for sending him to this world to suffer and die for our sins, and for crowning him with glory and honor. I pray that by your grace, I may also taste of the victory over death that Jesus has won for us. Help me to live my life in a way that honors him and brings glory to your name. Thank you for your love and mercy, and for the promise of eternal life through Jesus Christ. Amen.
Verse: But we see him who has been made a little lower than the angels, Jesus, because of the suffering of death crowned with glory and honor, that by the grace of God he should taste of death for everyone.
Hebrews 2:9
