Praying from Hebrews 2:8 relating to Dominion, Submission, Incompleteness.
Father God, I thank you for the promise that you have put all things in subjection under the feet of your Son, Jesus Christ. I claim this promise today and declare that every area of my life is subject to him. I pray that you would help me to see and understand the fullness of this promise, even when I don’t yet see all things subjected to him. I trust in your sovereignty and your plan for my life, and I pray that you would continue to work in me and through me for your glory. In Jesus’ name, amen.
Verse: You have put all things in subjection under his feet.” For in that he subjected all things to him, he left nothing that is not subject to him. But now we don’t yet see all things subjected to him.
Hebrews 2:8
This is a Promise. The verse is stating that God has put all things under the authority of Jesus, but we do not yet see everything fully subjected to him.
