Praying from Colossians 4:1 relating to Justice, Equality, Servanthood

Dear Lord, as masters, help us to give to our servants that which is just and equal. May we always remember that we too have a Master in heaven who watches over us and expects us to treat others with fairness and kindness. Guide us in our actions and decisions, and help us to lead by example in all that we do. Amen.

Verse: Masters, give to your servants that which is just and equal, knowing that you also have a Master in heaven.
Colossians 4:1
