Dear God, I pray that you help me to receive your law as it was ordained by angels and to keep it faithfully. May I always strive to follow your commandments and live a life that is pleasing to you. Forgive me for the times when I have fallen short and failed to keep your law. Help me to grow in my faith and obedience to you each day. Thank you for your grace and mercy, and for the gift of your law that guides me on the path of righteousness. Amen.

This is a Command. The verse is a rebuke to the reader for not keeping the law that was given to them by angels.
