Dear Lord, I claim the promise that just as the disciples were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other languages, you will also fill me with your Spirit and give me the ability to speak in ways that glorify you. May your Spirit empower me to share your love and truth with those around me, and may my words be a testimony to your grace and power. Thank you for your promise to fill me with your Spirit, and I trust that you will equip me for every good work. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

This is a Promise. The promise is that those who are filled with the Holy Spirit will be able to speak in other languages as the Spirit gives them the ability.
