Dear Lord, I claim the promise that the disciples were filled with joy and with the Holy Spirit. I pray that you fill me with the same joy and the same Holy Spirit. May I be filled with your presence and your power, so that I can live a life that is pleasing to you. Help me to be a witness for you, and to share your love with those around me. Thank you for your promise, and for your faithfulness. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
