Dear Lord, like Paul, I too desire to know the truth about the accusations that are being made against me. Please free me from the bonds of fear and uncertainty, and give me the courage to face my accusers. Help me to trust in your justice and wisdom, and to believe that you will bring all things to light. I pray that you would bring together those who are accusing me, and that you would give me the opportunity to defend myself. May your will be done in this situation, and may your peace and grace be with me always. Amen.

Verse: But on the next day, desiring to know the truth about why he was accused by the Jews, he freed him from the bonds and commanded the chief priests and all the council to come together, and brought Paul down and set him before them.
