Praying from Acts 21:14. Themes: Submission, Faith, God’s Will.

Father, when I am faced with situations where I am not able to persuade someone to see things my way, help me to trust in your will. May I have the faith to let go and say, “The Lord’s will be done.” I claim the promise that you are in control and that your plans for me are good. Thank you for your guidance and for always being with me. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Verse: When he would not be persuaded, we ceased, saying, “The Lord’s will be done.”
Acts 21:14

This is a Promise. The verse is a statement of trust in God’s will despite the speaker’s inability to persuade someone.
