Dear Lord, I come before you today with a heart full of gratitude and thanksgiving. I thank you for the promise that if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. I claim this promise for myself today, Lord. I declare that I am in Christ, and I am a new creation. I thank you that the old things have passed away, and all things have become new. I pray that you would help me to live out this truth in my life every day. Help me to let go of the past and embrace the newness of life that you have given me. I pray that you would continue to transform me from the inside out, and that I would become more like you with each passing day. Thank you for your love, your grace, and your mercy. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
