Dear Lord, help me to always carry in my body the putting to death of the Lord Jesus, so that the life of Jesus may also be revealed in my body. May I be a vessel for your love and grace, and may your light shine through me for all to see. Help me to live a life that is pleasing to you, and to always remember the sacrifice that Jesus made for me. Thank you for your endless mercy and love. Amen.

2 Corinthians 4:10

This is a Command. The verse instructs the reader to carry in their body the putting to death of the Lord Jesus, so that the life of Jesus may also be revealed in their body. This can be interpreted as a call to live a sacrificial life, putting aside one’s own desires and ego in order to allow the life of Jesus to shine through.
