Dear Lord, I thank you for your promise to present me as a pure virgin to Christ. I claim this promise today and ask for your help to remain faithful to you. I pray that you would give me the strength to resist temptation and to keep my heart and mind focused on you. Help me to be a faithful bride to Christ and to honor him in all that I do. Thank you for your godly jealousy over me and for your love that never fails. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.

Verse: For I am jealous over you with a godly jealousy. For I promised you in marriage to one husband, that I might present you as a pure virgin to Christ.
