Praying from 1 Timothy 5:17 relating to Leadership, Honor, Teaching.
Dear Lord, we pray that you would bless and honor the elders who rule well in our churches and communities. May they be counted worthy of double honor for their faithful service to you and to others. We especially lift up those who labor in the word and in teaching, asking that you would give them wisdom, strength, and grace as they share your truth with others. May their lives be a shining example of your love and may they continue to be a blessing to those around them. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
