Dear Lord, as I come before you today, I pray that you would help me to stay true to your word and your teachings. Just as Paul urged his fellow believers to stay in Ephesus and command certain men not to teach a different doctrine, I pray that you would give me the strength and courage to stand firm in my faith and to speak out against any false teachings that may come my way. Help me to always seek your truth and to share it with others, so that we may all grow in our knowledge and love of you. Amen.
