Dear God, I thank you without ceasing for the gift of your word. I am grateful that when I received it, I did not see it as the word of men, but as your truth. I claim the promise that your word works in me as I believe. May your word continue to transform me and guide me in all that I do. Thank you for your unfailing love and grace. Amen.
Verse: For this cause we also thank God without ceasing that when you received from us the word of the message of God, you accepted it not as the word of men, but as it is in truth, God’s word, which also works in you who believe.
