Praying from 1 Peter 5:3 relating to Humility, Leadership by example.

Dear God, please help me to lead those entrusted to me with humility and grace. May I never use my position of authority to lord over others, but instead, may I lead by example and serve as a positive influence on those around me. Help me to be a shining light for the flock, and may my actions always reflect your love and compassion. Amen.

Verse: not as lording it over those entrusted to you, but making yourselves examples to the flock.
1 Peter 5:3

This is a Command. The verse instructs leaders to not use their authority to control those under their care, but to instead lead by example.
