Dear God, I come to you today with a heavy heart, feeling condemned by my own thoughts and actions. But I hold onto the promise that if my heart condemns me, you are greater than my heart and you know all things. I trust in your love and mercy, and I ask for your forgiveness and guidance. Help me to let go of my guilt and shame, and to walk in the light of your truth. Thank you for your grace and faithfulness. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
