Dear God, we thank you for the wisdom and guidance found in the law of Moses. As we reflect on the verse that states, “You shall not muzzle an ox while it treads out the grain,” we are reminded of your care and concern for all living creatures. Help us to be mindful of the needs of those around us, both human and animal, and to treat them with kindness and compassion. May we always remember that your love extends to all of your creation. Amen.
