Praying from 1 Corinthians 9:7. Themes: Provision, Service, Reaping what you sow.

Dear Lord, I come before you today claiming the promise that you will never leave me nor forsake me. Just as a soldier does not serve at his own expense, I trust that you will provide for all my needs according to your riches in glory. As I plant the seeds of my labor, I pray that I will reap the fruits of my labor and enjoy the blessings that come with it. May I never be like the one who feeds a flock and does not drink from its milk. Instead, I pray that I will always partake of the abundance that you have provided for me. Thank you for your faithfulness and for the promise that you will always be with me. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.

Verse: What soldier ever serves at his own expense? Who plants a vineyard, and doesn’t eat of its fruit? Or who feeds a flock, and doesn’t drink from the flock’s milk?
1 Corinthians 9:7

This is a Promise. The verse is stating that those who serve, plant, or feed should also enjoy the benefits of their labor.
