Dear Lord, I thank you for the promise that when I am joined to you, I am one spirit with you. I claim this promise today and ask that you help me to remain connected to you always. May my thoughts, words, and actions be guided by your spirit within me. I pray that I may experience the fullness of your presence and power in my life as I walk in unity with you. Thank you for the gift of oneness with you, and may it be a source of strength and comfort to me always. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.

Verse: But he who is joined to the Lord is one spirit.
1 Corinthians 6:17

This is a Promise. The verse is stating that when someone is joined to the Lord, they become one spirit with Him.
