Dear Lord, I claim the promise that whether it is I or others who preach, the message remains the same and it is through this message that we believe in you. May I always be faithful in sharing your word and may those who hear it be moved to believe in you. Thank you for the assurance that your message remains constant and unchanging. Amen.
Verse: Whether then it is I or they, so we preach, and so you believed.

This is a Promise. The verse is stating that the message preached by the speaker and others was believed by the reader.
