Dear Lord, thank you for sending me to preach the Good News of your love and salvation. Help me to rely not on my own wisdom or eloquence, but on the power of your Holy Spirit to proclaim the message of the cross. May your truth be made known and your grace be received by all who hear. May the cross of Christ never be made void in my life or in the lives of those I share your message with. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Verse: For Christ sent me not to baptize, but to preach the Good News— not in wisdom of words, so that the cross of Christ wouldn’t be made void.
