Dear Lord, we pray that as we gather together as your people, you would grant us the gift of prophecy. May two or three of your prophets speak, and may the others discern the truth of their words. Help us to listen with open hearts and minds, and to discern your will for us as a community. May your Holy Spirit guide us in all that we do, and may we be faithful to your calling. In Jesus’ name we pray, Amen.
