Praying from 1 Corinthians 1:30. Themes: Wisdom, Righteousness, Sanctification

Dear Heavenly Father,

I thank you for the gift of your son, Jesus Christ, who has made it possible for me to be in him. I claim the promise that because of him, I am in Christ Jesus, who was made to us wisdom from God, and righteousness and sanctification, and redemption.

I pray that you would continue to guide me in your wisdom, that I may live a life that is pleasing to you. I thank you for the righteousness that you have given me through Christ, and I pray that I may always walk in your ways.

I ask that you would sanctify me, Lord, and make me holy as you are holy. I pray that you would continue to work in me, transforming me into the image of your son.

And I thank you for the redemption that I have through Christ, that I am no longer a slave to sin, but a child of God. I pray that I may always remember this great gift and live my life in a way that honors you.

Thank you for your love and grace, Lord. I pray all these things in the name of Jesus Christ, my Savior.

This is a Promise. The verse is stating that because of Jesus, the reader is in Christ and has access to wisdom, righteousness, sanctification, and redemption from God.
