Praying from 1 Corinthians 1:21. Themes: Salvation, Wisdom, Foolishness.

Dear God, I thank you for your wisdom that surpasses all understanding. I acknowledge that the world, through its own wisdom, cannot know you. But I claim the promise that it is your good pleasure to save those who believe, even through the foolishness of preaching. I pray that you would help me to trust in your plan and to share the message of salvation with others, even if it seems foolish to the world. Thank you for your grace and mercy, and for the gift of salvation through faith in Jesus Christ. Amen.

Verse: For seeing that in the wisdom of God, the world through its wisdom didn’t know God, it was God’s good pleasure through the foolishness of the preaching to save those who believe.
1 Corinthians 1:21

This is a Promise. The verse promises that God will save those who believe in the foolishness of preaching, despite the world’s lack of wisdom in knowing God.
