Dear God, as I come before you today, I ask for your guidance and wisdom. Help me to understand that coming together with others should always be for the better and not for the worse. May I always seek to build up and encourage those around me, rather than tearing them down. Please give me the strength to follow your commandments and to always strive for the greater good. Thank you for your love and grace. Amen.

Verse: But in giving you this command I don’t praise you, because you come together not for the better but for the worse.
