Dear Lord, we pray that you would order those in authority over us to treat us with fairness and kindness, just as the centurion did for Paul. May we be granted privileges and may our friends be allowed to serve and visit us. Help us to trust in your provision and care, even in difficult circumstances. Amen.

Verse: He ordered the centurion that Paul should be kept in custody and should have some privileges, and not to forbid any of his friends to serve him or to visit him.
Acts 24:23

This is a Command. The centurion is ordered to keep Paul in custody but allow his friends to serve him and visit him.
