Praying from Ephesians 6:9 relating to Unity, Equality, Respect.

Dear Lord, as a master, help me to treat my servants with the same kindness and respect that I would want for myself. Help me to give up threatening and instead lead with love and compassion. I know that you are the ultimate Master, and that there is no partiality with you. Help me to remember this and to always act in a way that honors you. Amen.

Verse: You masters, do the same things to them, and give up threatening, knowing that he who is both their Master and yours is in heaven, and there is no partiality with him.
Ephesians 6:9

This is a Command. The verse commands masters to treat their servants with kindness and to stop threatening them, reminding them that God is the ultimate master and shows no partiality.
