Dear Lord, I thank you for the promise that wherever the Good News is preached in the whole world, what this woman has done will also be spoken of as a memorial of her. I claim this promise for myself and for all those who proclaim your Gospel. May the story of this woman’s act of love and devotion continue to inspire and encourage us to serve you with all our hearts. May her example be a reminder to us of the sacrificial love that you have shown us, and may we be motivated to share that love with others. Thank you for the power of your Word and the impact it has on our lives. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
