Dear God, help me to understand that holding onto my life and my own desires will only lead to emptiness and loss. Give me the courage to let go of my own will and to surrender my life to you. Help me to trust that in losing my life for your sake, I will find true fulfillment and purpose. May my life be a reflection of your love and grace, and may I always seek to serve you above all else. Amen.

Verse: For whoever desires to save his life will lose it, and whoever will lose his life for my sake will find it.
