Dear God, please help me to guard my heart and fill it with goodness and love. May my words be a reflection of the goodness within me, and may I never speak evil or hurtful things. Help me to be mindful of the power of my words and to use them to uplift and encourage others. Amen.

Verse: You offspring of vipers, how can you, being evil, speak good things? For out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaks.
Matthew 12:34
