Praying from 2 Peter 2:18 relating to Deception, Lust, Escaping
Dear Lord, please protect us from those who speak great swelling words of emptiness and entice us with the lusts of the flesh. Help us to resist the temptation of licentiousness and to continue on the path of righteousness. Guide us away from those who live in error and towards the truth of your word. May we always seek your will and follow your ways. Amen.
Verse: For, uttering great swelling words of emptiness, they entice in the lusts of the flesh, by licentiousness, those who are indeed escaping from those who live in error;
2 Peter 2:18
