Praying from 1 Peter 1:2 relating to Foreknowledge, Sanctification, Obedience
Dear Heavenly Father,
I come before you today with a heart full of gratitude for your unfailing love and mercy. I submit myself to your will and purpose, knowing that you have foreknown me since the beginning of time.
I pray that you sanctify me with your Holy Spirit, that I may be set apart for your divine purpose. Help me to obey Jesus Christ and follow his teachings, so that I may be sprinkled with his precious blood and be made clean.
I claim the promise of your grace and peace, knowing that you will multiply it in my life. Thank you for your unending love and for the gift of salvation through your son, Jesus Christ.
In his holy name, I pray.
