Dear Lord, I am grateful for the promise that if I ascend up into heaven, you are there. And even if I make my bed in Sheol, you are there with me. I claim this promise today and ask for your presence to be with me always. No matter where I go or what I face, I know that you are there with me. Thank you for your constant love and care. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Psalms 139:8
