Dear God, please help me to live according to your Spirit and not according to my fleshly desires. May my mind be set on the things of the Spirit and not on the things of this world. Guide me in your ways and help me to walk in your truth. Thank you for your grace and mercy that allows me to live a life that is pleasing to you. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.

Verse: For those who live according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh, but those who live according to the Spirit, the things of the Spirit.
Romans 8:5
