Praying from Romans 6:14. Themes: Grace, Law, Sin
Dear God, I come before you today claiming the promise that sin will not have dominion over me. I thank you that I am not under the law, but under grace. I pray that you would help me to live a life that is pleasing to you, free from the bondage of sin. I ask that you would give me the strength and wisdom to resist temptation and to walk in your ways. Thank you for your grace and mercy that covers me, and for the promise that I am no longer a slave to sin. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Verse: For sin will not have dominion over you, for you are not under law, but under grace.

This is a Promise. The verse promises that sin will not have control over the reader because they are under grace, not under the law.
