Praying from Romans 11:7. Themes: Salvation, Election, Hardening.
Father God, I come before you claiming the promise that the chosen ones obtained. I thank you that through your grace and mercy, I have been chosen to receive the blessings that Israel sought for but did not obtain. I pray that you would continue to guide me and strengthen me in my faith, so that I may always remain in your chosen path. I trust in your plan for my life and I pray that you would help me to remain steadfast in my commitment to you. Thank you for your love and for the promise of eternal life with you. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Verse: What then? That which Israel seeks for, that he didn’t obtain, but the chosen ones obtained it, and the rest were hardened.
Romans 11:7
This is a Promise. The verse is stating that the chosen ones obtained what Israel sought for, and the rest were hardened. There is no command given to the reader.
