Dear God, please help me to remember not to boast over others, but to always remain humble and grateful for the blessings in my life. If I do find myself boasting, please remind me that it is not my own strength that supports me, but rather it is You, the root of all goodness and love, who supports me. Help me to always give credit where credit is due and to remain grounded in Your grace. Amen.
Verse: don’t boast over the branches. But if you boast, remember that it is not you who support the root, but the root supports you.
