Praying from 1 John 4:12 relating to Love, God’s presence, Perfection.
Dear God,
I come before you today, grateful for the promise that you have given us. Your word says that no one has seen you at any time, but if we love one another, you remain in us, and your love has been perfected in us.
Lord, I claim this promise today. I pray that your love will be perfected in me, and that I will be able to love others as you have loved me. Help me to see others through your eyes, and to show them the same love and compassion that you have shown me.
Thank you for remaining in me, and for filling me with your love. I pray that I will be a vessel of your love to those around me, and that they will see your light shining through me.
In Jesus’ name, I pray.
