Dear God,
As I reflect on the verse “When he killed them, then they inquired after him. They returned and sought God earnestly,” I am reminded of the importance of seeking you in all circumstances.
Lord, forgive me for the times when I have strayed from your path and only turned to you in times of trouble. Help me to seek you earnestly every day, not just when I am in need.
May I always remember that you are the source of all goodness and that my life is nothing without you. Guide me on the path of righteousness and help me to always seek your will.
Thank you for your love and mercy, and for always being there for me. I pray this in Jesus’ name.
