Dear Lord, please help me to turn away from my cravings and desires that are not pleasing to you. May I have the strength to resist temptation and choose what is right in your eyes. May I not be like those who continue to indulge in their sinful ways, even with the evidence of harm before them. Instead, may I be filled with your word and your truth, so that my heart and mind are focused on you. Thank you for your grace and mercy, and for the food that sustains me. May I always remember to give thanks for your provision and to use it for your glory. Amen.
