Dear Lord, I come before you today claiming the promise that you have shown us many and bitter troubles, but you will let me live. I trust in your unfailing love and mercy, and I know that you will bring me up again from the depths of the earth. I pray that you will strengthen me in my struggles and give me the courage to face each day with hope and faith in your promises. Thank you for your constant presence in my life, and for the assurance that you will never leave me nor forsake me. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
