Prayer based on Psalms 46:4. Themes: River, City of God, Holy Place

Dear God, I claim the promise that there is a river, the streams of which make the city of God glad, the holy place of the tents of the Most High. May this river flow through my life, bringing joy and gladness to my heart. May it refresh and renew me, and may I always find my home in the holy place of your presence. Thank you for your promise of abundant life, and for the peace that comes from dwelling in your holy city. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
