Dear Lord, I come before you today with a grateful heart, knowing that you delight in me. I claim the promise that my enemy will not triumph over me, and I trust in your unfailing love and protection. Thank you for being my shield and my defender, and for always being by my side. I pray that you continue to guide me and strengthen me, so that I may walk in your ways and fulfill your purpose for my life. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Psalms 41:11

This is a Promise. The verse is stating that the speaker knows that God delights in them because their enemy has not triumphed over them. It is a reassurance of God’s favor and protection.
