Dear Lord, I thank you for delivering me out of all trouble. Your hand has been upon me, and I have seen your faithfulness in every situation. I claim the promise that my eye has seen triumph over my enemies. I trust in your unfailing love and know that you will continue to guide me and protect me. Thank you for being my rock and my salvation. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Psalms 54:7

This is a Promise. The verse is stating that the speaker has been delivered from trouble and has seen triumph over their enemies. It is not giving a command to the reader.
