Praying from Psalms 2:12. Themes: Salvation, Worship, Protection
Dear Lord Jesus Christ, we come before you today to give you sincere homage and honor. We acknowledge that you are the Son of God, and we bow down before you in reverence and awe. We pray that you would forgive us for any ways in which we have failed to honor you in the past, and help us to always give you the respect and worship that you deserve.
Lord, we know that your anger can be kindled when we fail to honor you, and we do not want to perish on the way. So we ask for your mercy and grace, and we pray that you would help us to always take refuge in you. We know that when we trust in you, we are blessed beyond measure, and we are grateful for the peace and security that comes from knowing you.
Thank you, Lord, for your love and your mercy. We pray that you would continue to guide us and protect us, and that you would help us to always give you the honor and respect that you deserve. In Jesus’ name we pray, Amen.
