Praying from Psalms 18:39. Themes: Strength, Battle, Subduing.

Dear Lord, I come before you today claiming the promise in your word that you have armed me with strength for the battle. I thank you for the assurance that you have given me the power to overcome every obstacle and challenge that comes my way. I pray that you will continue to strengthen me and give me the courage to face every battle with confidence, knowing that you are with me always.

I also claim the promise that you have subdued under me those who rose up against me. I pray that you will continue to fight my battles for me and that you will bring down every enemy that rises up against me. I trust in your unfailing love and your mighty power to protect me and keep me safe.

Thank you, Lord, for your faithfulness and your promises. I pray that you will continue to guide me and lead me on the path of righteousness. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.

This is a Promise. The verse is stating that God has given the speaker strength and has helped them overcome their enemies.
